How Can severe Hair Loss Be Treated?

I have a nebulizer, and use budesonide 0.5 and formoterol together in it twice a day. Since the end of April of 2016m when I was in the hospital with Pnemonia, I have lost almost all my hair. I had very thick hair, but now have to try to cover the worst spots
